Privacy
What we keep
- Your account: username, email address and password. Passwords are stored scrambled (hashed), so nobody can read them.
- Your game: your dino, coins, items, den, friends, scores and settings.
- Chat: room and global chat is kept for 24 hours. Whispers are kept so you can read your conversations.
- Photos you take in the game, and pixel art you make in the studio.
- Reports: when someone reports a dino, that dino's recent messages are attached for an admin to review.
What we don't do
- No ads, no tracking and no analytics.
- We never sell or share your information. Your email is only used to help you get back into your account.
- Your internet address is used only while you're connected, to stop spam and password guessing. It isn't saved.
Where it's stored
The game runs on Railway. Backups are kept on Railway and on the island owner's computer, and only the newest 30 are kept.
Deleting your account
Ask in the game (Settings → Help / report a bug) or through the Discord link on the home page. We'll delete your account, chats, photos and creations. Older backups are replaced within about 30 days.
